The next step is to choose the other elements of your occasion and who you would like to provide them. Southern Marquees have a useful contacts booklet that we send out with every quote that lists everything from caterers, bands, disco, florists, fireworks, vintage cars, loo hire, refrigerated vans and much more. Everyone listed has been highly recommended and as we take no money for listing them you can be sure that they are there on merit.

We will happily spend time talking you through the procedure and once you have chosen your wedding caterer, band and/or disco, we will then liaise with them to make sure that they have the space and electrical supply that is necessary. We will also organise the timing of delivery of each aspect in conjunction with the erecting of your marquee so that everything arrives in plenty of time when needed and not before.

If at any point you have any queries or new thoughts on your day we are always available on the phone and if for example your new ideas require another site visit to make sure they are viable we are more than happy to do that as well.
